Playtest Material is seeking sponsorship from individuals, businesses and organisations who want to support the formation of an accessible critical journal dedicated to enriching discussion about roleplaying games.
The journal is not run for profit, but we would like to be able to cover our basic costs and pay a fee to contributors whose work we publish.
We are seeking patrons willing to donate between $200-$1000 to support this work.
In return, we can offer:
- Acknowledgement in our publications and social media
- At-cost print copies of our journal.
This is not an advertising opportunity, we cannot guarantee we will write on or positively review work produced by our sponsors. But we think that having a journal like this will be a good thing for people engaged with roleplaying games; designers, critics, players and publishers.
